Logistics

Pits

• Each team will have a 5' table
• Electricity will be available at each table
• Decorations are encouraged but not required
• Buttons, wristbands and other give-aways are encouraged but not required
• Food and drinks should not be in the pits
• Remove any trash from the pits when you leave

Parents and Spectators

• Event space is limited at the first three venues
• Bleachers will not be available at the first three venues
• Live Streaming will be available for all four events
• Live Stream will be broadcasted in a viewing area at the first three venues

Food and Drinks

• Please refrain from eating or drinking in the pits
• Events are scheduled to avoid meal times

Parking

• If necessary, parking areas will be designated
• If necessary, shuttle services will be provided at some locations
